This collection centers around a cruel circus owner and a monster born from a pregnant woman, detailing their attempts to escape their bloody pasts amidst a series of murders and investigations. In the first film, after being imprisoned for murders, a circus owner struggles to restart his life and mend his relationship with his daughter. However, he cannot escape his monstrous past, ultimately leading to a tragic conclusion. The second film follows a similar monster born from a pregnant woman, which dies in an accident only to be resurrected by electricity, terrifying the townspeople. The investigation into the murders it commits leads to the uncovering of its true origins.
