It was made in 2013, which is shocking...and it also probably means that it won't and couldn't be made today, in 2018.
But, still, every now and again a movie comes along, a modern movie, that has all the lovable and slightly sleazy charm of a 1980s B-Grade horror romp and this was one of those films.
However, this was one of those films and, for the most part, is shockingly well acted given the obvious low budget, which is enough to keep you engaged...but at the almost classic cheap 80s horror flick charm and you have a surprisingly entertaining film.
